Jabulani Youths for Transformation (JAY4T) is a grassroots, youth-led nonprofit based in Kisumu, Kenya, focused on transforming the creativity and talents of young people into sustainable livelihoods through co-created social enterprises.
Our model positions youth as active partners in designing solutions that address unemployment and community needs. As the organisation grows, JAY4T is exploring how to gather and respond to youth feedback in ways that feel meaningful and build trust.
We want young people to see how their input shapes decisions and programs, without creating a sense of dependency. With a small team and limited resources, JAY4T is looking for effective ways to close the feedback loop, strengthen youth ownership, and ensure our offerings reflect the real goals and challenges of the community we serve.
